The Artists' House

Het Kunstenaarshuis is an authentic Zeeland house of more than 100 years old, which has been completely renovated with love. The cottage is equipped with contemporary comfort. It is set in a large garden with a pond, wild flowers, a food forest and statues.

At right angles to the Kunstenaarshuis is Het Atelier , a single-storey studio with its own terrace and a view of the greenhouse and the chickens. Great if you prefer not to climb stairs, or if the Artists' House is full. The Atelier can be booked through the same channels as Het Kunstenaarshuis.

Kamperland is surprisingly centrally located. In 20 minutes you are by car in Goes, Middelburg or Zierikzee.

The cottage is located near the sea and beach, you can cycle there in ten minutes. The Veerse Meer, the forest of Westenschouwen, Neeltje Jans, it is all nearby. The pleasant towns of Middelburg, Goes and Zierikzee can also be reached within half an hour. Although you are close to the beach, lake and forest, you can enjoy the birds, butterflies and flowers in peace in the house and the garden, even in high season.

About space

You will stay in a renovated Zeeland house. The former box beds can still be recognized, but now serve as a built-in wardrobe. The house is set in a large garden full of wild flowers, a large pond, a food forest and sculptures created by the owner / artist.In the month of August, the garden will be fully equipped as a sculpture garden for two weekends because it is a location for the art route on the island. In front of the house you have your own terrace so you can sit and eat outside.

The kitchen is fully equipped, so that you can cook for yourself if you wish. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The bright bedroom upstairs is furnished with a lovely Swiss Sense bed, a spacious chest of drawers and a wardrobe with mirror.
